Essential Home Maintenance Care
Expert technicians perform a 14-point needed home safety and maintenance services. (3-4 hours)
Eligible homeowners get an 8-hour “Home Tune-Up” from a local Handyman pro ($500 value). Once work is finished, NeighborHand pays the specialist directly to ensure a seamless and zero-cost experience.
Home Repairs
Upon finishing home maintenace care, a skilled technician repairs critical issues like plumbing leaks, damaged stairs, or dangerous hazards to prevent minor problems from turning into disasters. (4-5 hours)

We provide homeowners a free home maintenance checklist to help plan and manage future home routine care.
