You must be the primary owner and resident of the home needing repairs within our service areas.
Property Ownership
Program help is reserved for low-income households, including seniors, disabled individuals, and single parents.
Income Eligibility
We focus on essential health, safety, and accessibility repairs that improve your quality of life at home.
Essential Needs
Minnesota applicants must reside within 30 miles of Mankato. In Louisiana, we serve those within a 50 mile distance of the greater Mandeville area.
